Dick Scott is a Business Development Consultant. He has previously worked as Vice President and General Manager at General Dynamics, where he established the Wireless Services group as a first-tier competitor in turnkey network deployment providing services to wireless carriers, OEMs, tower companies and the public safety community.

He also worked at Z-Tel, a UNE-P based carrier, where he developed a bundled strategy to add wireless to their wireline and long distance service offerings. Dick previously worked at GTE Wireless, where he held several positions including Vice President of Marketing and Sales and Vice President and General Manager of New Ventures. Dick has an MSEE and PhD from Stanford University and a BSEE from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
